Foreigners Can Buy Boracay Lots and Condominiums for Sale with Titles

There was a time when buying Boracay property was a risky venture, until one of the country’s biggest and most reliable real estate companies decided to develop Boracay Newcoast. It is now possible to buy lots and condominium units in Boracay and claim legal ownership with a title or certificate of ownership.
Foreigners can now buy land and condo units, or even entire condominium buildings in Boracay Island in the Philippines. Boracay Newcoast is divided into 5 Districts where investors can decide to own a condominium unit, or titled land for commercial or residential use.
Foreigner investors can own anywhere from 40% to 100% of the properties depending on arrangements made with the broker and developer, all of which are legal and binding. You no longer have to buy “property rights” in Boracay Island with the risk of losing your investment later on.
